Welcome to our 4-bedroom Pocono retreat with everything you need for a fun, memory-filled stay — hot tub, game room, fire pit, and more! Step inside our bright and spacious 2,800 sq ft home, filled with cozy comforts and fun for everyone. There’s driveway parking for up to 4 cars and you’ll enter through the front door using a custom smart lock code provided at check-in.
Once inside, you’ll find window AC units in each bedroom and portable AC units in the living and game rooms to keep things cool. The layout flows easily between relaxing, dining, and playing — all under one roof.
LIVING ROOM
Located at the heart of the home, the living room welcomes you with comfy seating, a smart TV, and a bold mural backdrop perfect for group photos or selfies. It’s the ideal hangout spot after a day of exploring.

KITCHEN

**Please note this house does NOT have central AC. It has window units in the master bedroom and a portable AC unit in the living room and in the downstairs game room.
Guests will have access to the entire home. A custom keypad code will be provided for entry.
Important: Please complete the gate access form 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a $75 fee.

Penn Estates is a private and gated community offering guests access to swimming pools, 3 lakes, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and more. You will be located right next to the main lake with beach access in your backyard.
Penn Estates is central to all the best of the Poconos. The community is located near ski resorts, water parks, Outlet Mall shopping, Pocono Snake & Animal Farm, Mt. Airy Casino, Pocono raceway and many other outdoor activities.
You will need a car to access the house. But you are just a short walk to the beach and one of the 3 lakes. The lake is right in your backyard!
