➤ Can I bring a pet?
Yes — we allow pets for a $150 fee per stay. Please add your pet during booking.
➤ Is the pool heated?
Yes — heating is optional for $40/day. Just let us know after booking and we’ll get it set up.
➤ Is there a hot tub?
There’s a soaking tub that stays the same temperature as the pool, but no separate hot tub.
➤ Can we host a party?
No parties allowed. Bachelor and bachelorette groups are welcome with a $150 cleaning fee—just no afterparties, please.
➤ Will there be any staff on the property?
Our pool and yard team stops by Tuesdays and Fridays. Let us know in advance if you’d prefer to reschedule.

Note About Pool Heating:
Our pool is equipped with a heater and we’re happy to warm it for your stay. Because the pool is fully outdoors, the water temperature is influenced by outside conditions. Cooler nights, wind, and seasonal weather can limit how much heat the pool can retain.
Please note: pool heaters do not make the water “hot-tub hot.” They raise the temperature to a more comfortable level, but Mother Nature ultimately determines how warm the pool can get.
If you’ve added pool heating to your reservation and find the temperature isn’t comfortable for swimming due to weather, please reach out and we’re happy to discuss a refund.
