Three months into my journey with my co-hosting business, I’m thrilled to share some
major updates! I recently added two incredible luxury properties to my portfolio: one in
the stunning beaches of Clearwater, FL, and the other nestled in the scenic mountains
of Massanutten, VA. Both locations are already proving to be fantastic additions, each
offering unique experiences for guests and adding significant value to my growing
business.
With these new properties, I now manage a total of six vacation rentals—and I'm excited
to say I have three more in the pipeline for November and another one for December!
It’s been a whirlwind, but each step of this journey continues to fuel my passion for
entrepreneurship and the short-term rental industry.
Building a Business, One Property at a Time
In the few months since launching Crafty Cohost, I’ve been working daily to streamline
my processes, from guest communications to maintenance and property management
systems. Every new property and client helps me learn, adapt, and get better at
delivering a top-notch experience for both guests and property owners.
I’m often asked how I manage all this alone, especially with my focus on luxury
experiences. The truth is, it’s a mix of careful planning, constant process improvements,
and a deep passion for what I do. Yes, it can be stressful! But for every late-night
message or maintenance issue, there’s the reward of seeing a guest have an incredible
stay or a property owner thrilled with their return on investment.
Finding New Ways to Generate Income and Share Knowledge
Beyond adding properties, I’ve also been exploring new avenues to grow. One of my
latest ventures involves helping property owners manage their rentals from out of state.
While it may seem counterintuitive to share my knowledge with other owners, I
genuinely enjoy teaching others the ins and outs of remote property management.
There’s a unique satisfaction in empowering others with the skills and confidence to
succeed from afar.
This teaching and coaching approach has been something I’m excited to pursue further.

With the Clearwater and Massanutten properties now live, I’m looking forward to expanding even further, helping other owners, and continuing to grow Crafty Cohost into
a comprehensive resource for short-term rental management.
