This luxury Clearwater home is located conveniently in the middle of all the local attractions and sites:

The home is two levels with one large bedroom (with ensuite) downstairs and 4 upstairs. Please see our floor plan listed in the “Additional Photos” section for details on bed sizes and locations.
PETS: We welcome pets for an extra $150 per stay pet fee. Please add your pet to the reservation to automatically pay the fee or add after the reservation in our HostCo store – link to be sent in confirmation.
POOL HEATING: Optional pool heating is available for an extra $40 per day. Once you book, please reach out and we can add this service on to your stay.
**Please note that while pool heating is offered as an optional service, it is not guaranteed to maintain a specific temperature, especially during colder weather. The system may be impacted by factors such as low nighttime temperatures or mechanical issues, but we make every effort to address any problems promptly.
SOAKING TUB: Note- there is a soaking tub, but not a separately heated hot tub on the property. It maintains the same temperature as the pool.
PARTIES: We DO NOT allow parties in this home. If neighbors or police alert us to a party, you will be fined $1,000 and be removed from the property immediately without refund. We welcome Bachelor/Bachelorette groups so long as the afterparty does not come home with you and you pay an additional $150 fee that goes directly to our cleaning team. Please let us know if advance if you are hosting this type of gathering and we will send the Event fee request after booking.
PROPERTY SERVICES: We have weekly vendors that visit the property to care for the yard and the pool on Tuesdays and Fridays. They do their best to minimize disruption to your trip, but if you absolutely do not want them on property during your stay, please let us know in advance so that we can reschedule.
EARLY CHECK INS: Typical check in is at 4pm on the first day of your stay. If there is no reservation prior to yours, we can offer early check in for a fee.
NOISE CONSIDERATIONS: Please note that our neighborhood has strict noise regulations and a quiet hours policy between the hours of 9pm and 7am. There will be no amplified sound allowed outside during this time period. Please be aware that any violation is subject to warning and potential removal from the stay. We hope you understand our position as we aim to be responsible neighbors.

What to Expect:
This is a laid-back, family-friendly home that’s hosted countless beach trips, birthdays, and memorable getaways. While the house is not brand-new, it’s spacious, clean, and fully equipped for a great time.
The home is older and has mini split AC units on the first level only. It’s also on a septic system, so the downstairs bathroom — which was part of an addition — may have lower water pressure. That said, the upstairs showers work great and should meet all your needs comfortably.
If something feels off during your stay, just let us know — we’re local, responsive, and committed to making your visit a relaxing one.
The first floor has a mini split system, and the second floor has central air. The mini splits can stay on all day to keep things cool.
The backyard is spacious and perfect for relaxing, though the wind may occasionally blow leaves into the pool. We have it professionally serviced twice a week, and while we can’t catch every leaf, we do our best to keep things tidy for you.
