There is one exterior Ring camera at the front of the house. There are no cameras inside.

The home has an instant hot water heater. The AC works great but runs a little louder than some.

The washer and dryer is a single all-in-one machine, so loads take a bit longer.

Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Bins are kept at the back under the roof awning.

Some fastest routes use toll roads — pick a "no tolls" GPS route or ask your rental company how they handle tolls.
