Fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, the apartment also welcomes one pet, with a pet fee (daily fee applies—message for details). Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a small fee, pending availability. The shared outdoor space includes seating, a lounging area, and a grill, with laundry facilities conveniently available for both units.
Enjoy hassle-free parking on the gravel drive, with space for one car or two parked in tandem. Just a few blocks from Central Ave, hop on the free St. Pete shuttle to downtown or St. Pete Beach. Running every 15 minutes, the shuttle makes exploring easy and enjoyable!
If an early check-in or late check-out is desired, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a $20/hr fee for early check-in (if available) and $25/hr fee for late check-out (if available).
